One year ago we began to scrutinize the politicians’ pledge to promote nine bills that beat clientelism and increase transparency. Now we present the first detailed and impartial evaluation of what each parliamentary party has done to promote the adoption of quality anti-corruption bills. This evaluation wouldn’t have been possible if it had not been for dozens of experts working on the Reconstruction of the State project, hundreds of meetings with lawmakers, and months spent attending parliamentary seminars and committees while keeping an eye on the legislative process.
